- We want to ask for your kind understanding that there are a lot of costs involved in a small business, thus, we are giving full responsibility to our patrons and customers to do their due diligence in ensuring that they have researched and Googled the product they are buying online and to not proceed with the order if you think our product is not the one you are looking for or does not meet your needs.
- While we understand that you’re not happy or satisfied with your item, we’re afraid, operation costs have already been expended, thus, we’re afraid, we will consider all sales as final and refunds can not be granted.

We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee.
If you're not completely satisfied with your Mernea order, simply contact our team within 30 days of delivery, and we’ll do our best to make it right.
This guarantee covers:
• Product concerns (fit, results, etc.)
• Skin reactions or sensitivities
• Defective or damaged items
• Gift-related issues
Depending on your situation, we may offer you a replacement, store credit, or partial refund — no need to return used items.
Returns
To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
• You must request a return within 15 days after delivery
If your item qualifies:
1. Send a photo of the unopened product to our support team.
2. Once approved, we’ll send the return address and instructions.
3. After receiving and inspecting the return, we’ll process a full refund of your order subtotal (excluding shipping).
🕒 Please allow 5–10 business days for your refund to be completed by your bank or card provider.
🚚 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
